Start Weight: 145 lbs

Current Weight: 138

Goal Weight: 120 lbs*

Start Date: 1/20/2013

*This is just a general number. I'm not as concerned with how many pounds I lose as I am with how awesome my stomach looks.

Goals:

-Do Feb/March workouts 3x 15 reps.

-Drink 96 oz of water a day for one month.

-25 man push ups.

-Wear a bikini.

-Fit into shorts that got tight from last summer.

-Color Run.
